CAUTION

If the exhaust mounting anges are installed on the head pipes, make sure the ange is above the hole before you weld in the oxygen

sensor boss.

 



 

NOTE: New oxygen sensors come with a high-temperature lube applied to the threads. If an oxygen sensor is being reused, be sure to use a high-

temperature lubricant that is safe for oxygen sensors on the threads.

  

NOTE: The longer oxygen sensor lead on the S&S EFI wire harness is for the front oxygen sensor. Consult the wiring diagram in the back of these instructions

for more information.
